Charged up San Juan Hill!
This is a very nice model 1902 Infantry dress visor.   The 13th infantry was shipped to Cuba for the Spanish American War and assisted in the attack up San Juan Hill.  They also saw combat in the American Philippine War.  There is no name that I can find, but this hat could very well have been owned by a soldier who fought in both those campaigns.   It is in very good shape, with a little wear on the top.   The band is not sewn on the cap, but fits snugly.
