    Used. Comes in non-original packaging. There are scratches and scuffs on the outer assembly from previous usage. It does NOT have the faceplate. The storage controller is in good condition.

    The storage controller was pulled from a working environment. It was plugged in and powered on without any issue. No further testing was performed.
    There is no faceplate with the storage array. Two out of four batteries are included, but those two are dead and not covered under warranty. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
