Bar assembly is complete with Pro Tapper Seven Eights bar, low rise bar, throttle block, throttle cable, grips, grip heaters, brake reservoir, brake caliper, grab bar, wiring connections.
Even includes the upper steering post. Just bolt it up and go, because taking grips and heaters off is impossible.
Could remove the brake assembly if you would like to save a little money, make an offer if that is your preference.
