Army & Navy Soap Box
Original late 19th/early 20th century private purchase ARMY & NAVY SOAP BOX, nickel plated brass construction with hinged lid and ornate stamped scroll design and lettering on lid. No other markings. Average finish wear from age and use with a few small superficial dents to bottom, but no cracks or other damage. Type of construction is typical of similar stamped metal items from the 1880 to 1900 period, so would make a great piece for any Spanish-American War personal gear display and is in very good condition.
